    Great break of journey with awesome museum and town facilities

    Werris Creek Railway Station is a nice, vintage railway station which is still used by passenger services, track splits off as a Y, one way goes to Moree, the other to Armidale. There is also a railway museum on this station, very nice to have a walk through. Lovely town.

    What a trip down memory lane... So much memorabilia and so many stories. So glad we made the stop. The memorial to those workers killed on the job, is an amazing piece of architecture.

    Werris Creek Railway Station is a nice, vintage railway station which is still used by passenger services, track splits off as a Y, one way goes to Moree, the other to Armidale. There is also a railway museum on this station, very nice to have a walk through. Lovely town.
